When starting buying domains that you plan on selling you will probably need some ideas and tips and not to forget you need to know what trends are coming and what is worth investing in.

Most webhosts offer you to buy a domain through their website but for the most part they have parked domain names that are not of a very big commercial value. These people are mostly interested in selling hosting and additional services and the domain names comes in second place. Basically I don't recommend buying domains via a webhosting company because they can a) have limited domains b) cost more than you really have to pay c) if they do offer to buy any domain via their site they might force you to park it or host with them.

What I prefer are sites that has their main focus on selling domains and where services like hosting comes second. I have two sites I use a lot and those are name.com and nameboy. You can of course search for other alternatives but I seriously recommend NOT to buy anything via buydomain.com because they give their customers a lot of trouble and no support. It is honestly the worst service site I have ever dealt with. If you want proof then read this article we published a while back.

Like mentioned in the previous article I prefer to do my business at SEDO which is the largest domain trading site out there. However there are a few other that can be worth taking a look at:
